Shipping Information

Delivery Service: We use Australia Post Express Post Delivery for all shipments within Australia.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (depending on your location).

We carefully package all artworks and items to ensure safe arrival. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details.

International Shipping

At present, we do not ship internationally.

Purchase of Original Artwork

Final Sale

All sales of original artworks are final. Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available.

Condition of Artwork
Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind creation and may contain natural variations in texture, colour, and finish. Customers are encouraged to view and inspect artworks in person before purchase.

Damage After Purchase

Once an artwork has been collected from the studio, we are not responsible for any damage thereafter.

For delivered artworks, please notify us within 7 days of receipt if the artwork arrives damaged. We will work with you to assess the issue and provide a resolution where possible.

Ownership & Copyright
Ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the purchaser upon full payment. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. Artworks must not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without the artist’s written consent.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods advertised in-store.

Purchase of Fine Art Prints & Other Items

Final Sale
All sales of fine art prints and other items are final. Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available.

We take care to ensure all items are of high quality. Customers are encouraged to check their items at the time of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item is found faulty or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately.

For in-store or delivered purchases, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery to arrange a replacement or resolution.
