terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshops, classes, events, and ticket purchases at My Little Art Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking and attending, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • Your place in a workshop is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if minimum numbers are not met. In this case, you will be offered a credit or transfer to another session.

2. Ticket Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please notify us of the change if possible.

  • If you forget to attend or are unable to make it on the day, tickets cannot be refunded or transferred after the event.

  • In rare or extreme circumstances, a credit may be offered at our discretion. Refunds are not possible, as materials and preparation begin as soon as a booking is made.

3. Safety & Liability

  • While arriving, attending, and leaving workshops, you are responsible for your own safety and must follow all reasonable instructions and precautions.

  • My Little Art Studio is not liable for: loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or any personal injury sustained during workshops.

  • By attending, you accept full responsibility for your wellbeing.​

4. Materials & Content

  • All workshop materials, activities, and online content are the property of My Little Art Studio.

  • By attending, you agree not to reproduce, replicate, or redistribute any part of the classes, materials, website, or social media content for personal or commercial use without permission.

5. Photography & Promotion

  • We may occasionally take photos or videos during workshops for promotional use (website, social media, marketing).

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the session begins.​

6. Children’s Participation

  • Children are welcome at selected workshops, but must be supervised by a paying adult if under 14.

  • We recommend children aged 8+ for most activities, unless otherwise stated.

​

7. Workshop Experience

  • Workshops are designed to be fun, hands-on, and inclusive. No prior art experience is required.

  • We ask all participants to respect fellow attendees and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.

8. Changes & Cancellations by Us

  • If unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a credit, refund, or transfer to another session.
