Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made online or in-store at My Little Art Studio & Gallery, as well as bookings for workshops, classes, events, and ticketed activities (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a purchase or booking, you agree to the following:

Purchase of Original Artwork

1. Final Sale

  • All sales of original artworks are final.

  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

2. Condition of Artwork

  • Each artwork is unique and may contain natural variations in texture, colour, and finish.

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the artwork in-store before completing their purchase.

3. Damage After Purchase

  • Once the artwork has been collected from the studio, My Little Art Studio & Gallery is not responsible for any damage that occurs thereafter.

  • For artworks delivered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt if the artwork arrives damaged. We will work with you to assess the issue and provide a resolution where possible.

4. Ownership & Copyright

  • Ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the purchaser upon payment in full.

  • Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. Artworks may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without the artist’s written consent.

5. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment methods as advertised in-store.

Purchase of Fine Art Prints & Other Items

1. Final Sale

  • All sales of fine art prints and other items are final.

  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

2. Product Condition

  • We take care to ensure all items are of high quality.

  • Customers are encouraged to check their items at the time of purchase.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If an item is found to be faulty or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately.

  • For items purchased in-store or delivered, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery to arrange a replacement or resolution.

4. Copyright

  • Copyright and reproduction rights for fine art prints remain with the artist. Prints may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without the artist’s written consent.

5. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment methods as advertised in-store.

Online Purchases

1. Final Sale

  • All sales of original artworks, fine art prints, and other items purchased online are final.

  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

2. Product Details

  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of each artwork and item. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

  • Original artworks are unique pieces and may contain natural variations in texture, finish, and detail.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • My Little Art Studio & Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

4. Damage in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery, including photos of the packaging and item.

  • We will assess the issue and provide a resolution (such as repair, replacement for prints/items, or liaising with the courier/artist for originals).

5. Ownership & Copyright

  • Ownership of artworks, prints, or items transfers to the purchaser once payment is received in full and the item has been delivered.

  • Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. No artwork, print, or image may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without the artist’s written consent.

6. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Workshops & Events

By booking a workshop or event with My Little Art Studio & Gallery, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations by Participants

  • We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend (please notify us in advance with their details).

  • In some cases, we may transfer your booking to another workshop date (subject to availability).

3. Cancellations by My Little Art Studio & Gallery

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop or event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

4. Arrival & Participation

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your workshop to allow for a prompt start.

  • All materials are provided unless otherwise stated.

  • Workshops are designed for all skill levels – no prior experience required.

5. Health & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the workshop.

  • Please follow facilitator instructions, particularly when using art materials.

6. Children’s Participation

  • Children are welcome at selected workshops but must be supervised by a paying adult if under 14.

  • We recommend activities for children aged 8+, unless otherwise specified.

7. Photography & Promotion

  • We may take photos during workshops and events for promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
